On Cotton Mill Street or in the CCAC parking lot across the street from our building.
Limited parking also available on the east side of the building (bottom of McConnell Avenue).

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
You will need a valid Ontario driver’s license, birth certificate or another official government issued photo I.D. that has your mailing address displayed. In some specific cases, (i.e. trip winners) parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winner’s behalf.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP MY PRIZE?
Unfortunately not – all winners are required to come in and sign for their prizes as received, and a release of liability for claiming their prize(s).
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?
We hold prizes for a maximum of 30 days unless your prize is something like concert or event tickets, which may expire sooner. Prizes not claimed after 30 days will be donated to local charities/community groups.
DID YOU WIN CONCERT TICKETS?
We will call you when they come in, we don’t know when this will be.
If you have not received a phone call a few days before the show then yes please let us know.
