A few of the bachelor of science in nursing students at the St. Lawrence College have been given the opportunity to travel to Tanzania, Africa for a nursing missionary trip in May. In Tanzania, they will be providing nursing care as well as education and awareness for HIV and AIDS in the area. On March 16th, they are holding a dodgeball tournament fundraiser with all proceeds going towards the trip.
They are also looking for donations of NON-EXPIRED school, medical and dental supplies from local businesses to bring to Tanzania with us.
